Lon Grossman

ASHI Certified Inspector Lon Grossman has been the president and owner of Technihouse Inspections, Inc. in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for over 35 years and an ASHI members since 1981. He is a licensed Asbestos Abatement contractor and HVAC contractor, as well as a licensed builder. He wrote a weekly question and answer column in the Detroit Free Press and is currently a syndicated columnist for the Eccentric newspapers.
