Arthur Lazerow, chairman of Alban Inspections, Inc., is a retired certified ASHI inspector. He is a graduate of American University Law School and the U.S. Navy Post-Graduate Business School. He has served on the Board of Directors of MAC-ASHI and was its membership chairperson. He also served on the ASHI Public Relations Committee for three years. He is a licensed Maryland Home Inspector and is a Maryland Association of Realtors®-accredited public speaker.
