Dick has been in Association Management for more than 25 years and has served in a number of leadership capacities in his previous organization. A graduate of Valparaiso University, Dick obtained the Institute for Organization Management designation from the US Chamber of Commerce and in 2002 received the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management from North Park University.
