Bio

I am a 30 year veteran of the home inspection industry. Let my experience save you money. I'm also a licensed contractor. I've taught home inspection techniques in the classroom and in seminar settings for decades. I've served as the National President of ASHI and have held numerous other offices and have served on and chaired numerous national committees within ASHI. I also serve as an expert in litigation matters relating to home inspection, construction, stucco and water intrusion. I've received ASHI's Monohan Award and ASHI's President award.
