Bio

David Wall has been the Pillar to Post Owner / Operator in Durham Region since 1995. Servicing Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville and Clarington. Inspecting east to Belleville and north to Bobcaygeon Ontario. David has a Bachelor of Science from Trent University and is Building Code Qualified BCQ through the OBOA. Residential Home Inspections for Purchasers,& Sellers and Relocations but we also inspect Light Commercial buildings. Our reports meet ASHI Standards and include photographs, most reports can be printed on site and all are emailed to the clients. Our Services include WETT Level 1 visual inspections for Wood Burning Appliances. Three inspection packages will meet your inspection needs.If you want a great inspection we can do that, If you want appliance Recall Chek and Infra red Scan that is our Premium Inspection Package which is the most popular. and if you want mold and Allergen sampling that is our Premium Package.
