Bio

Joe Corsetto is President of Shelterworks, Inc., an inspection company incorporated in 1986. Joe started inspecting in 1977 as a public sector licensed Environmental Health Specialist and is currently a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector and code certified Building Inspector. He has personally performed over 10,000 building inspections, specializing in residential, multifamily and commercial inspections. Joe has participated in ASHI since 1984 and acquired full member status in 1986. Positions held in ASHI leadership starting in 1989 include Board of Directors, Chapter President, COR, chairman position of various Task Forces and Committees, and served ASHI in 2006 as President and spokesperson. Joe is an independent instructor at a State approved education facility teaching the New Jersey State required course to become a licensed Home Inspector.
