Bio

If you’re buying a house in northwestern Oregon, hire me to inspect it for you. With 30 years of experience inspecting residential, commercial, and multifamily housing, I have the knowledge and skill to discover the true condition of your house and teach you all about it. My inspections typically last 4 or 5 hours so there’s little chance that I’ll miss any important items and I’m one of the only inspectors in Oregon to write a custom narrative report – that means that each report is unique and written for one house alone. I don’t use check-the-box forms. You’ll find faster and cheaper inspectors out there, but you won’t find anyone who provides you with a better value. If you hire me to inspect your house, I promise you three things: I’ll inspect the house for you as I would for a member of my own family. I’ll write the report to educate and inform you, not to pander to a real estate agent or to appease any other party. If you’re unhappy with my work, you don't have to pay me.
