Bio

Thomas P. Tafelski has more than 40+ years of experience as a contractor in residential, commercial and institutional building construction and renovations. In addition, he is a construction consultant, has taught construction courses and is active in many building and building inspection related associations. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida. Certified Building Contractor – CBC 011205 Pinellas County Certified. State Registered Roofing Contractor – RC 0057557. Pinellas County Certified & State Registered Specialty Structure Contractor. Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, #1023. Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board Member & Vice-chairman. Florida Residential Construction Mitigation Program Inspector.
