Bio

I have been inspecting homes since 1991 and managing home inspectors as a business owner for over 21 years. During that time we performed over 30,000 inspections! I have personally inspected over 8,100 commercial and residential properties. (That’s a lot crawlspaces and attics.) During that time I’ve also trained some of the best inspectors in the business. More importantly, I’ve been inspecting this long because I love what I do. I really enjoy listening to clients and taking the time to explain my findings for each home in a non-alarmist manner, so that my clients can feel comfortable in the knowledge they are making informed buying decisions. Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience and I take seriously the trust you place in me in allowing me to be a part of that process. I pride myself in trying hard to put my findings in perspective for clients so they can clearly understand what issues are important and which are not. I encourage you to attend and go through the building with me. The inspection will take 2–3 hours as we look at the major systems. I perform a thorough inspection with a common sense approach. My report is an easy-to-use narrative with plenty of pictures.
