Bio

I am 33 year veteran of the home inspection industry in Chattanooga. I've personally conducted over 8000 inspections in my career including commercial buildings, apartments, starter homes and upper end multi million dollar 22,000 square foot homes. I approach each and every inspection as if I am buying the property myself. I write very detailed inspection reports on the properties I inspect and include pictures in my reports to help you understand the issue I have discovered. Over the years I continue to educate myself on new building products and mechanical systems. My continuing education enables me to understand and know what I am looking at and if its an issue. There is no substitute for education and experience when evaluating a clients most expensive purchase they will ever make. My clients trust me to look out for their interests and I will do so.
