Bio

What David enjoys most about being a home inspector is helping first-time buyers feel comfortable and well-informed about a home purchase. He loves being able to explain the complex systems of a home in a simple and easy-to-understand way to his clients. Before becoming a home inspector, David honed his customer service and problem-solving skills for a large industrial supply company for 12 years. In addition, he's had property management experience since 2014. David is a lifelong Chicagoan and an alumnus of Gordon Tech High School. He also graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. David currently resides in the city and has three boys. He is also a basketball coach at St. Viator Elementary where he also volunteers on the Athletic Board. He enjoys woodworking, vinyl record collecting, and supporting Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
