Bio

I have my MS in engineering, an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and an extreme attention to detail like most engineers. In 2006 I moved to Grand Junction, CO from PA and have never looked back. I have worked in the directional drilling and logging sector of the oil field, in most aspects of construction and am a DIY craftsman when it comes to machines and home improvement/maintenance. As an active Mt biker, dirt biker, snowmobiler, and general outdoor adrenaline enthusiast, I'm able to get into places of your home other inspectors may ignore. As an AmeriSpec Inspection Services Franchise inspector and owner, I can honestly say we have tremendous resources for our inspectors and clients that independents can't match. We specialize in home and commercial inspections (commercial property assessments) and offer several ancillary services that we are professionally trained in. These include, water bacteria testing, thermal imaging, mold testing, and sewer scans/scopes. Every inspector on our team has gone through rigorous training and passed the National Home Inspector Exam. Let us give you the inspection you need so you can buy, sell, lease, or just move forward with confidence!
