Sometimes, the process of buying or selling a house can feel pretty intimidating—but it doesn’t have to feel that way, if you feel confident that you are in good hands with a reliable and trustworthy home inspector.
Hello, my name is Mike Vakos and I’m the owner of Tri-County Inspections located in Avon, OH. I have lived in the Avon area since 2009 with my wife (Claudia) and three children (Dominic, Nathanial and Ariana). My wife is a middle school teacher in the Westlake School system and my kids are very active in the Avon Schools and with extra circular activities.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, I owned my own insurance agency for a nationally recognized company for over 10 years. I have performed over 1000 field inspections and strive to deliver an honest, fair and professional report for all my clients. I love helping home buyers, sellers and real estate agents as they work through their real estate transaction.
