Bio
Optimal Home Inspections is a family-owned business focused on providing our clients with the information they need to make a thoughtful home buying decision.
Optimal Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Marshal Datkowitz. In my college years I worked my way through school building swimming pools. I worked in construction and home remodeling until I went back to Graduate school at Stevens Institute of Technology. I left construction to work on computer systems and software. During that time I remodeled homes and apartments in my off hours. Tired of the corporate world I’ve now come full circle sharing my knowledge and experience as a NJ Licensed Home Inspector.
I adhere to all NJ Home Inspection consumer protections and the American Society of Home Inspectors Client Bill of Rights.
I am a Licensed Home Inspector by the State of New Jersey and meet all the standards for the state.
