Bio

Kevin Smoker has lived and worked in the Susquehanna Valley for over 20 years. He graduated from Millersville University in 2004 with a degree in Design/Drafting. He has spent the last 16 years in various construction-related careers ranging from Carpenter to Component Design to Construction Management. The skills he has acquired in these positions make him uniquely qualified to thoroughly inspect your home. He founded 44 Home Inspections in 2021 to assist home buyers in understanding their new home purchase. He strives to provide buyers with the information they need to make informed decisions during the buying process. Additionally, he can provide homeowners with an inspection that will help them prepare their home for the market.
