My name is Mike Andruch and I perform residential home inspections for buyers and sellers in Northwest, Ohio. As an ASHI Inspector, and a member of the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI, I am dedicated to continuing education and advancement in the ASHI. A good home inspector has a keen eye for detail, is mechanically inclined, has a desire to help people, is unbiased, practices good ethics and treats home inspections as if they were being performed on his/her own home. I'm happy to answer questions before, during and after the inspection. I am licensed in Ohio OHI.2019004439 (there are no licensing requirements in the state of Michigan).
