Bio

Joseph (Joey) joined the team at AmeriSpec of NE Florida in early 2016 after moving to Jacksonville from Omaha where he grew up. After careers in automotive, home remodeling, and customer service, Joey became intrigued with the home inspection process during the purchase of his first home. Joey is a Florida licensed home inspector (License #HI10016), ASHI Member 264048, and is an ID card holder qualified to conduct wood destroying organism inspections. Joey exhibits professionalism and customer service throughout every inspection. In his spare time Joey, enjoys tackling home improvement projects and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
