Bio

Sam Lloyd joined The Pearce Group / A to Z inspection Services in 2014. Since then, Sam has performed over 2500 inspections, ranging from 500 square foot studios to 12,000 square foot estate homes and everything in between. Areas of service range from PG county, Baltimore city, Montgomery, Howard, and Anne Arundel counties. Located close to Washington DC, Sam performs many inspections in DC’s various historic and exclusive neighborhoods. Services available are: Home Inspections, Radon testing, Wood destroying insect inspections, Mold air sampling, Water potability, and Well yield. Sample reports available upon request.
