Bio

I have been building homes for over forty years. We are licensed in the state of N.H for home inspections. I'm fluent in all of the trades involved in the completion of the home. I use state of the art testing equipment that will detect moisture in the walls, excessive heat in electrical panels and heat loss from the home. I'm Mold certified from one of the top schools in the country. MICRO-Certification # CMI 83726 and hold a State licensed for Radon testing in the state of Maine # SMC 361 425-629-3534 I have retired to doing home inspections only for the past seven years. I'm open 24/7 to help you with your buying experience as much as i can.
