I have been inspecting homes for over 30 years for buyers, sellers, and financial institutions. I am a licensed Home Inspector and a member of both ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and interNACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), the two most recognized professional home inspection organizations in the United States. I am also licensed by the State of Ohio for WDI (Wood Destroying Insect / Termites) Inspections and for Radon Testing. I also complete 40 hours of continuing education annually to maintain my licenses/certifications
