Protection Plus Home Inspections is owned and operated by Jonathan Hopkins, ACI BVI. I inspect every home as though I am going to buy it myself, so my clients can be assured of getting my best effort on each and every inspection. I also offer my clients long-term support for as long as they own the home if I can ever answer any questions or be of assistance. My clients also receive an educational walk-through of the property to learn how everything works, tips and tricks on how to take care of the home, health and safety concerns and any deficiencies I have discovered during the inspection. I issue my reports on state of the art software the same day as the inspection 99% of the time. Weekend appointments are available. My credentials are as follows: President, Midwest Association of Home Inspectors MAHI American Home Inspection Taining Institute graduate AHIT Nationally Certified Inspector EPBHI recognized inspector, passed national Home Inspection Exam 25 plus years actual contractor experience BBB Accredited A+rating Member, St Paul Area Association of Realtors.
