Bio
We are continually enhancing our skills to keep up with items new to the building trades and the home inspection profession. We attend national, state, and regional educational conferences. We have state-of-the-art technical equipment that allows for a more thorough inspection. We are licensed, professionally trained, and fully insured. Home inspections is our livelihoods, it’s our full-time profession, and as such it receives our undivided attention. We meet or exceed New Hampshire & Vermont's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We are professional, prompt, courteous, approachable, and we listen to your concerns. Our ethical position is clear; We work for our clients no one else.
We service the northern and central regions of VT & NH with multiple staff locations in St. Johnsbury, VT; Derby, VT; Warren, VT; East Montpelier, VT; Campton, NH; and Stewartstown, NH. Having multiple licensed inspectors in both VT & NH.
