Specquest serves Solano and Sacramento counties offering some of the most comprehensive and detailed inspection reports in the business! We will go through the findings immediately after the inspection with a written report to follow within 24 hours. We offer a 90 day warranty on all home inspections and can offer assistance from our network of trusted contractors and suppliers to help correct deficiencies noted in the report, although Specquest does NOT perform any repairs. Sean has 20+ years working in the residential construction industry, a background in structural engineering and design, an MBA in business and residential real estate sales experience. Specquest was founded in 2015 and has completed hundreds of inspections and remains a preferred inspection company in Solano County!
