In 2009 after 20 years in the new home construction, and remodeling industries Richard Costello branched out into Home Inspections and starting in 2013 added Energy Efficiency and Home Performance Reviews. Richard Costello became a Energy Star Partner in 2015 and expanded the services offered by Home Inspection and More to provide customers the information and tools to give them the best High Performance Home possible. Blower Door and Duct Testing. Deck inspections, certified by NADRA. Richard Costello is a Certified HERS Rater, a LEED Green Associate, Member of BBB and a Snell Group trained Level I Thermographer. Richard Costello has the skills to help Home Inspection and More customers achieve their goals.
