Bio

William is a U.S. veteran & an full Gold Level Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). As a retired Maryland & Pennsylvania licensed general contractor, he has 20+ years of experience. He is dedicated to giving your current or potential home an accurate inspection. Licensed and insured in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, William previously served South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. ​Currently serving GA & TN. Though it is not required for the client to be present for the home inspection, it is very beneficial. William enjoys working closely with his clients providing opportunity for you to observe & learn about the home & recommended maintenance. William carefully reviews the inspection contract with clients. He desires a trusting, professional relationship with his customers. Available weekdays, evenings, & weekends, William is able to schedule inspections at times that suits his clients needs. Quality and your satisfaction are his highest priorities.
