Current Board member of Ohio ASHI Chapter. Past President of the NC Ohio ASHI Chapter 2021 & 2022. Vice President of NC Ohio ASHI Chapter 2021 Owner of Peak Home Inspection Services. Graduate of the ASHI School in February of 2014. Peak home inspection services has been serving Northeast Ohio since 2001 and covers all your inspection needs. Peak is a Multi-Inspector firm started in 2001 by Phillip Wells ASHI inspector.
