Bio

Dave is the owner and chief inspector at 8 Points Home Inspection. He resides on the Massachusetts North Shore but inspects homes located from the New Hampshire border to a number of towns and cities south of Boston. Dave performs home inspections on single family homes, duplexes, multi-family dwellings, condominiums and townhouses. While he spends most of his time working with home buyers, Dave occasionally performs pre-listing inspections for homeowners and he also inspects light commercial properties. Informing and educating clients about their homes is what Dave enjoys most about being a home inspector. Dave is an ASHI Certified Inspector, which is the highest level of achievement within the organization. He is a past board of director member for ASHI New England and is currently the Secretary for the ASHI Northern New England ASHI chapter.
