Bio
Steve Wehrman became involved in construction sciences when becoming a part-time drafter in the late nineties. After gradually becoming more knowledgeable in how homes are put together, drafting became a full time occupation. After Hurricane Katrina, Steve started inspecting properties for engineering firms and insurance companies since 2005. For the next several years, Steve worked daily alongside different structural engineers and one of the first licensed home inspectors in the state of Alabama. Eventually, after years of steady field training and developing a wide knowledge of construction practices, Steve joined ASHI and became a state licensed Home Inspector.
