I have over 30 years in the Inspection, Structural Pest Inspection, Pest Control and Construction Trades. Buying a home can be very stressful and very expensive, especially nowadays. This helps you fully understand what potential problems there may be with the property you are about to purchase. With timing being of the essence for response times, same day delivery of reports available. I am also on the list of NACA Inspectors for Washington State.
