Bio
After 27 years in the banking industry, during which time I had district, regional and national responsibilities including project managment such as building prjects, etc., I ended my career while in a position of audit. I managed a team of auditors serving over 500 facilities in seven states.I left the industry as the bank I was a part of reduced its size in preparation for aquisition by a larger bank. Having a lifetime love of building projects, I was introduced to the Real Estate Inspection industry and passed each of the four (4) tests on the first try, a feat accomplished by less than 20% of the applicants for each tests.Subsequently, I take about 60+ continuing education hours per year depsite a requirement of only 16 hours to maintain my State license.I am a State Board member, including past president, of the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association.I am a ICC Certified Combination Residential Inspector, again, passing each test on the first attempt.I am an IECC In
