Ed Fryday is a professional ASHI Certified Home Inspector. ASHI Certified Inspectors are the only true 3rd party certified Inspectors in the industry that are accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies(NCCA).
He has been perfuming home inspections in the Greater Houston Area Since 2003. In addition Ed is a certified pool and spa inspector and also performs lawn sprinkler, Boat House and water well equipment inspections.
Ed is Certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors & Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association, and is an Advanced Inspector with the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. Additionally Ed is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors.
Based in the Clear Lake Area of Houston Ed serves most of Harris, Galveston and Brazoria Counties and parts of Ft. Bend and Chambers counties.
