Four Square Home Inspections (A Four Square Restorations, Inc. Company) specializes in pre and post purchase inspectional issues related to home acquisition and maintenance; Freer is an ASHI Certified (ACI) inspector, a NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI) and a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) through (InterNACHI). Four Square Home Inspections (FSHI) is licensed and certified to perform indoor air quality assessments related to Radon and Mold issues as well as to perform Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections in the State of Ohio; While most inspectional work is performed in residence units, FSHI also provides consultation and testing for commercial and institutional entities. Freer is also federally approved as a Home Inspector for the FHA/VA/HUD programs (H895) and as a 203(k) Program Consultant (P1636). Freer is a Certified Level III Thermographer (I.I. # 9927).
