Bio

Serving the area since 2001 After training under Dave Schreckengost, A.S.H.I. member and Gary Gazda, N.A.H.I. and A.S.H.I. member during 1999 through 2001 in order to earn and complete his certification by both N.A.H.I. and A.S.H.I. Dick earned his Radon Certification #2062 from the D.E.P. in 2001 and trained under Radalink Corp. Performing training and certification from E.S.L. as well as EM.S.L. For Mold investigation and testing Dick served as a N.A.H.I chapter president for 5 years and was on the board of directors for P.H.I.C Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Collation, during the early years of introducing the current home inspection law Act 14 2000 Through the years Dick has attended many of the NA.H.I. National Association of Home Inspectors / A.S.H.I. American Society of Home Inspectors, conventions and training classes across the country in order to maintain and further his knowledge of the Home Inspection industry Dick has completed over 10,000 inspections including well, water and septic testing in Western During his career Dick has also trained and advised other individuals helping them become successful Home Inspectors.
