Bio
We are a family run small business.
Chuck is originally from Arizona and moved to Monterey County with his family as a child. We have 3 amazing kids and 5 perfect grandchildren.
Chuck started in the construction industry in the early 1980s. He started on a termite company repair crew and quickly climbed the ranks. Chuck received his state of California branch 3 field representative license in 1989.
We expanded our field in 1998 to home inspections and started Monasmith Home Inspection. In 2019 after A lot of hard work Chuck received his Branch 3 Operators license with the State of California. we are happy to be a full service, extremely qualified Home Inspection and Termite Company.
Monasmith Home & Termite Inspection. We are fully insured and bonded. Chuck is also a Certified interNASHI Inspector and has passed the National Home inspectors Exam. Extensive continuing education is a requirement so you can rest assured, this inspector is more than qualified.
