Rick DeBolt PMP A 27 year Veteran Master Chief Petty Officer with world wide deployments performing Naval Shore Facility construction projects. He is an Award-winning, goal-oriented Program and Project Manager with extensive experience managing high-profile, multi-million dollar Construction initiatives delivering vital services worldwide. Expert executive leader and motivator directing large workforces spanning internationally. Catalyst engineering revolutionary turnarounds resulting in the procurement of $350M plus contracts, elevating performance and quality levels while slashing overhead. He is a sincere communicator genuinely interested in and capable of building solid client relationships. A Civil Engineering degree coupled with a Masters in Business Management and his 40 plus years experience in the construction field with international reach he finds it easy to be back home in Denver working with people performing residential inspections with credentials from AHIT and a member of both ASHI and NAHI. As in his former Program Management skills he is 100% focussed on quality inspections to allow his customers to make sound decisions on the biggest investment most people have in a life time.
