Bio

The motto on the first page of every inspection report notebook reads, "Meeting and Exceeding Your Expectations Since 2001". It is known by Wayne Peterson and his licensed daughter Jill Peterson that home purchases are one of the most valuable assets and investments that there is, and therefore the Integrity Home Inspection team are willing to work together to give the best home inspection possible. The buyer wants to have as much information as he can in order to make a wise decision, and Wayne and Jill are willing to take extra time to thoroughly inspect a home and produce a timely report. Working as a team, Wayne and Jill have two sets of eyes observing and making notations of deficiencies. Being a member of ASHI has broadened Wayne's skills, and being a member of the board of directors for the Texas chapter has produced camaraderie with like minded inspectors.
