He is an ICC Certified Building, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Inspector. John has over 25 years of Construction Sciences experience and has performed more than 4,000 inspections. John is a proud member of the following organizations: American Mensa, American Society of Home Inspectors, NACHI, International Code Council, Cleveland Area Board of Realtors. John has taught Home Inspection, Building Code, and Construction Methodology to students nationwide.
