Bio

Steve Goolsby, Owner of Top to Bottom Home Inspection Service, is an ASHI Certified Inspector, ICC certified (Code Certified), has hands on building experience as a builder in both residential and commercial construction, over 24 years of home inspection experience, and was a featured inspector on the Clark Howard Show in 2004. Top to Bottom Home Inspection Service was founded by Steve Goolsby in 2000 and is family owned and operated. We provide very thorough and detailed home inspections with customized easy to understand reports with pictures. We have performed thousands of inspections for home buyers all across the Metro Atlanta area.
