Bio

I am a native North Carolinian and a graduate of Appalachian State University. In 2006, I founded First Call Property Inspections and have inspected over 5,000 properties in central North Carolina. I am an ASHI-trained and certified inspector who carefully inspects each home, combining years of knowledge and experience with the right tools for the job. I record any findings in a professionally written inspection report and communicate them to our clients. Our services include residential inspections for condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, and investment properties. If you’re building a new home, we provide framing, pre-drywall, and 11th-month warranty inspections.
