Bio

With nearly two decades of inspection experience and a wide range of training interests, I am well qualified for all you home inspection needs. I also serve as an expert on all forms of residential building inspection, provide expert witness testimony in construction defect suits, and forensic inspections of failed systems. I can also provide code-specific oversight on new construction. I am licensed in the State of Washington (#215). Idaho does not require any form of licensure. On commercial inspections, I perform to ASTM E2018 standards in evaluating property. I have in the past inspected apartment buildings, office buildings, warehouses, restaurants and motels. I have (or had - some certifications I choose not to renew): 6 International Code Council Certifications, 4 WAQTC certifications, 1 ACI certification, ASHI Certification, InterNACHI Certification, RESnet Certification/Energy Rater with the State of Idaho, Structural Pest Inspector for State of Washington, Certified Thermographer, Certified Chimney Inspector, and Drone Pilot. More will be coming. Education never stops.
