Bio
I graduated from PHII (Professional Home Inspection Institute) with over 120 hours. I became Certified with NSHI (National Society of Home Inspectors) and did 8 hrs. per year continual education till now. In 2018, I graduated from ICA (Inspectors Certification Association) with an additional 120 hours and also joined ASHI, which is the top of association in the Home Inspection business. I have reached their top level as a Certified Home Inspector, which requires 20 hours each year of continual education (Florida only requires 14 continual hours of education every 2 years). I have passed not only the Florida FABI exam but also the National Home Inspection Exam. I have done well over 500 fee paid home inspections and also am a Real Estate agent with Keller Williams in both Georgia and Florida.
