We specialize in Property Condition Assessment, Insurance Inspections (Four-Point & Wind Mitigation), Construction-Loan Draw Inspections. Our Professional Inspectors are Licensed (in the State of Florida), ASHI Certified, Insured, and background-checked by the FDLE. We will thoroughly inspect your home or building and provide a verbal de-brief of the findings at the completion of the inspection and deliver the report within 24 hours. All reports are accompanied with extensive photo documentation.
