NPI has been crawling on, in and under Tampa Bay homes since 2004. Over 6,000 inspections have been performed by NPI Owner/Inspector Tony Marino (FL license HI-47). NPI inspections exceed the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors (Certified ASHI Inspector #243888). We perform inspections for residential & commercial properties, including mutli-family, condo's and mobile homes. Infrared imaging available upon request. A state of the art computer generated report will be provided, the day the inspection takes place. Flexible scheduling, 24/7. Fully insured (E&O) & bonded. Locally owned and operated by Tony Marino.
