Michael has over 30 years experience in the construction trades. He is thoroughly familiar with both the theoretical and practical aspects of building construction and analysis. Tested and Certified as Residential Code Inspectors by the International Code Council (ICC), which is the testing authority for all Florida State and County Code Inspection Officials. Member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), Member of the Building Officials Association of Florida (BOAF).
