Bio

His hands-on experience is strong in ALL construction disciplines of residential construction. Tom's previous 20 years experience in the engineering fields of Architectual, Civil and Mechanical Engineering gives Tom an edge up on his competition. Tom holds credentials with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as a "Certified Inspector", a past Registored Professional with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), a member of the International Code Council, "Certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and a Certified Master Inspector. Tom and his team of inspectors dedication to further education is unmatched by other professionals in their trade. American Home Services has performed over 22,000 inspections and is considered one of the best and most preferred inspection firms of the central Florida area. We have a 5 star google rating. Tom is also the Certified Pest Control Operator for American Home Services's Pest Control
