Bio

THE COMPANY Cornerstone Home Inspections is a family owned and operated company serving Omaha and the surrounding areas. We have been providing home inspections, pre-sale inspections, radon testing and mold investigations since 2001. This company has built up a reputation for being one of the most trusted and professional companies in the area. We are not a franchise, we are not the largest inspection company, we do not have a huge staff of employees, but we are a locally owned family company that treats every client like our neighbor. We are proud to be members of the Better Business Bureau, The Omaha Area Board of Realtors, American Society of Home Inspectors and The Indoor Air Quality Council. THE OWNER Chad Ahlvers, chief inspector and owner, was born and raised in Omaha, NE and has always been involved in real estate, home building and home construction. Owning and operating a construction company over the past 15 years had given him the idea to start a home inspection business. Working directly with plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies and carpenters gave him the knowledge and training to be able to master the home inspection industry. Chad has always enjoyed getting to know his clients. He encourages his clients to always feel free to call with any questions they have, before and after the inspection. He has always felt the customer, past or present, is the foundation of a successful company. Weekday or weekend, Chad is always availabl
