Degree in Structural Engineering, Licensed Florida General Contractor, Home Inspector, Radon Measurement Technician, and Mold Assessor, President of Gulf Coast Chapter of ASHI. As owner of a GC/Dev co Len has completed over $100 mil of construction. Reports include costs to fix defects & 360degree pics in all rooms. Lawyers and RE Agents say - reports are most professional, easiest to read, most complete. 2 summaries provided at the end, one of Defects which we feel are the seller's responsibility to fix, and one of Comments for cosmetic items we want to bring to the attention of the Buyer. All inspections come with a 90 Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty, a RecallChek on all appliances, AC, and water heater, a 90 day Mold Safe Warranty, a 5 Year Roof leak warranty, a Sewer and Water Service Warranty, and our Full Service Concierge to help buyers set up electric, TV, internet, alarms, and more.
