Bio

Bobby D. Monk is an ASHI Certified Inspector who has met the rigorous requirements to be a provider of "The ASHI Experience." Bobby is a Graduate Master Home Builder (GMB), only 4 builders in AL, a Master Plumber, and a licensed Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. He is also holds these designations, Certified Aging in Place(CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP). Bobby has 23 years experience and has personally inspected over 10,200 homes. He has been approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Home Builders to teach home building to realtors and builders. He holds home inspection licenses in both Texas and Alabama. His quest for knowledge never ends, also has over 600 college level class room hours on construction. As evidenced above, Bobby Monk is the most qualified home inspector in Alabama.
