I am mechanically inclined & previously worked in the steel industry. I love to teach & help my clients reach their goals of understanding a house or building better. Buildings are not static but active, constantly changing. To know ahead of time the condition of a structure puts you in a better position to decide if you are ready to purchase or not. Secondly, it puts you in the driver's seat when it comes to negotiating the deal. Knowledge is power and I provide clients with the information pertinent to make wise decisions. I have honed my skills as an inspector since the mid 90's and continue to read & learn through seminars and business groups. My reports are clear, concise and informative. I encourage clients to join me on site during the inspection so that we can discuss my findings and your questions. When you leave, you are informed, enlightened, and empowered with knowledge to make a better decision. Let me help you achieve your goals of owning a new building or home!
