Bio

I have been performing home inspections in the Chicagoland/NW Indiana area for over 20 years. Triumph Home Inspection performs thorough inspections for the benefit of our clients, the home owners, buyers, and sellers. The inspection includes a visual review of all basic components of the building including structure, foundation, roof, attic, interior and exterior surfaces, heating & cooling equipment, appliances, electrical, and plumbing. We perform ground up inspections on houses under construction. Under today's hectic construction schedules and changing building standards, all new homes need as thorough an inspection as older existing homes. We also perform inspections of condominiums, multifamily dwellings, manufactured homes, and commercial properties
